Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • When you contact us. If you call, email or use the form on our Contact page, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and message. The form does not store anything on our website: it opens your own email app with your message ready to send to us.
  • When you book a room. We collect your name, mobile number, email address, stay dates and number of guests, and store them with your booking. Payments are handled by our payment partner Razorpay: your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only a payment reference and the amount paid.
  • When you search for rooms. The dates, guests and rooms you pick in the booking search are added to the web address of our Rooms page. They are not saved by us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of your visit. These logs are used to keep the website running and secure.

How We Use It

  • To take your booking and payment, and send you your booking confirmation.
  • To reply to your questions and handle booking requests.
  • To contact you about a stay you have booked or asked about.
  • To keep the website working and protect it from misuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing Your Information

We only share your information:

  • with service providers who help us run the website, take payments and send email (our hosting, database and email providers, and Razorpay for payments), and only as needed for that service; or
  • when the law requires it, such as a valid request from a government authority.

Cookies and Third-Party Services

We use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) to measure whether our Google ads lead to enquiries and bookings. It may set cookies and send Google information such as the pages you visit and the ad you clicked, under Google's own privacy policy linked below. When you pay, Razorpay's payment window loads from Razorpay and works under Razorpay's privacy policy. Our Contact page also shows an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information and set cookies under its own privacy policy. Links to other websites, such as Google Maps directions or Google reviews, are also covered by those websites' own policies.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry emails and messages only as long as we need them to respond to you. We keep booking and payment records for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting and guest records. After that, we delete them.

Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.

Children

This website is meant for adults planning a stay. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
